asian_note_collector Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 I am a chinese note collector and have been collecting chinese notes for many years,especially the chinese old notes.Accidently,i discovered this chinese consercutive running number 10c notes with a "Y" showing on upper right and a "dot" on the left center of each of this notes.What happen to all this notes with this varieties????are they considered as constant varieties or plate flaw?????is this normal and common things on chinese notes????Need help from the banknotes expert please and explain in detail,help is always apprieiciated,have a nice day.
