I will leave the Byzantines to someone who is more of a specialist in ancients, but the Ottoman coins appear to be zeri mahbubs from Mahmud I (AH 1143) and Selim III (AH 1203), and adli altin and hayriye altin from Mahmud II (AH 1223). These coins are more often than not found holed, yours look exceptionally nice.

Look at the third row (from the top) of the inscription on the reverse (the side without the toughra), at the far left you see the character ayin which stands for XII. In later years they used regular Arabic numerals in the same position to indicate the regnal year.
