bill Posted February 24, 2008 Report Share Posted February 24, 2008 William Penn So-Called Dollar 1932 Bronze Hibler and Kappen 462 I like the reverse image on this medal as well as the obverse portrait. The medal was issued by the William Penn Commemorative Committee. It was designed by Julia Kilenyi of New York and struck by Whitehead and Hoaf, Co.
