corkykile
Six silver Washingtons, graded by the store owner, from MS63-MS64. Seven proof dimes to fill spots in my album. One 1979 Type Jefferson. And, finally... although it is only graded at VF20... it is my first 1909 VDB. Yippee! Enough for one trip to the coin dealer and spending my allowance for the month. Oh well. Corky

corkykile
congrats on the new additions. I can't wait to see this thread grow. Thanks! Oh, and I forgot, about a week ago I took delivery of some new research books... The Lincoln Cent Double Die by John A. Wexler. A Quick Reference to the Top Lincoln Cent Die book by Gary Wagnon, Karen Peterson and Kevin Flynn. Over Mintmarks and Hot Repunched Mintmarks, by Kevin Flynn and John Wexler. The Jefferson Nickel RPM Book Update: 2001-2002 by James Wiles. And, Joja Jems Reprints from Bill Fivaz and J. T. Stanton. (this one is quite entertaining, besides showing some pictures of 'error' coins I might not otherwise see). Try as I have many many times, I can't seem to get Tom Miller to let me buy or have his one and only copy of The RPM Book, that he and Wexler wrote. I will keep working on him, but it ain't easy, he is a tough old guy. Corky
