akdrv
Bank of Scotland will begin issuing a new series of banknotes in the Autumn. The series - the first new complete set of notes issued by Bank of Scotland since 1995 - will feature the common theme of Scottish bridges, including the magnificent Falkirk Wheel. The notes not only celebrate some of Scotland's major and most recognisable engineering achievements, but also symbolise solidity, stability and continuity. Bridges provide strong links to Scottish heritage and culture. They are the means by which people can unite and highlight strong connections between the modern and historical. http://www.waterscape.com/news/nid979
