1999D Roosevelt dime is an actual error coin? 9 in 1999, IN & WE “INGOD WE TRUST” & UNITED ON BACK SEEM TO BE FADED OR NOT THERE? I apologize I could not figure out how to start a new thread for my question so I used an existing thread and responded to that? If someone could provide their opinion on whether this is an actual error or not, it would be much appreciated.
