The answer is no, you do not have a specimen example, it is an ordinary example. There are no die mark scratches to the left of the bust and the coin is ostensibly made out of copper-nickel instead of silver. See the following link... PCGS Set Registry: 1965 Crown S-4144 Churchill V.I.P. #14719632
