  1. Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls: I bring to you another intresting feature from my collection to pick at your brains. I Have a George V 1912 Penny, Which is Damaged, but what the damage is i do not know so hence why i come to you lot, My theory is that it has been the victim of a gun shot or it was caused when it was minted. i will include some picture for you lot. Enjoy :D

  2. Hi Alfonso, I've only just started collecting back notes from a magazine collection I was given few months back and they are in plastic wallets and they are in Excellent Condition and this magazine collection is over Ten Years Old!!!, on the other hand it can cause problems, a friend of mine told me his dad has banknotes and they are on card with little plastic corners on the them to stop falling about, so there are other things out there to help look after the notes.

  3. Good Evening From The UK, I'm still learning the ways of being a coin collector, since doing this for Four years now and having six albums and very much enjoying it.

I still find things that bug me. A few months ago I acquired the "Money Of The World" Collection which did include the banknotes and coins.

From that I have Two Fijian Coins, A 1 Cent Piece and a 2 Cent Piece Both Dated 1992.

According to my 2013 Standard Catalogue Of World Coins these two coins should have mint marks

    - (o) - Ottawa.

But I cannot see the mint mark on them, so if these two coins should have mint marks on them where should they be?

Why are they not on there?

if they are not on there how can I Identify that these two coins are from the Royal Canadian Mint In Ottawa?

    Thanks
