This coin I believe to be Russian or somewhere in that hemisphere. Though I could not find anything on it, any info would be helpful. They are some of my favorites out of all of my coins.

I found this coin in my grandpa's collection(who has been deceased for some time now) It is about the size of a nickel and I am sure it is silver. I can not seem to find any info at all. Any specs and value on this coin would be much appreciated.
