AccidentalGenius
I found a token metal detecting and can't figure out what it is. It has Andrew Johnson, the years 1865 and 1869, 17th President of the United States, and speaks of his impeachment on the back, there are no mint marks from what i can tell, so if anyone could help me at all I wild be very appreciative

thedeadpoint
Is there a year? Is it gold in color? Might be one of the Presidential Dollars minted in the last decade or so.
AccidentalGenius
No it's just like a token or something, its brown from being in the dirt and seems to be a cinntenial coin for either his death or impeachment
Art1.2
There are so many Presidential tokens about. Many of the gas companies issued them during the 60s as customer give-aways. Could be one of those. I think they were mostly brass.
constanius
Is it this bronze medal? The seller did not show size but I believe it is approx 28mm. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ANDREW-JOHNSON-FRANKLIN-MINT-PRESIDENTIAL-HALL-OF-FAME-COMMEMORATIVE-MEDAL-/281610312172 and produced for Shell in 1973. If it is aluminum it is from the 1968 set, there is even a 1992 set in a brassy looking metal. This link gives a lot of info http://www.coins-n-medals.com/Exhibits/ShellGames/ShellPresidentsGame.html
