There we go, I got it figured out. I'm a little baffled about the error though. I'm just not sure how it is possible. It makes me think that it's somehow faked.

I'm trying to figure out how to post the pics here. I don't think they will help much though, the error is an upside down die or something like that. I'm not sure - I haven't seen anything like it on a coin before, only on currency. When you turn the coin over, the reverse is upside down.

I have been a collector for 30 years. Recently, my uncle gave me some coins that were my grandfather's to sell for the family. If I had the money, I would've just bought them all then and there. Instead, I picked a few out and was preparing to sell the rest. As I was taking scans for eBay listings, I noticed an odd scan of a coin that was upside down. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the reverse was upside down from what it is supposed to be. I tried doing some research, but haven't found anything at all. The most perplexing part is that it seems the coin was circulated for some time, before being retired. I guess my questions are: Has anyone else seen or heard of a 2-cent error coin similar? How about any other coins? What is the probability of the coin being fake? (I inspected closely, but I'm still in denial.) Will PCGS certify an error? Any idea of value?

Any information at all will be appreciated and helpful.
