How do I do that. Plus there really isn't much to see but ill put it on if I can

I have found what I believe to be a coin but not in great condition but just wanted to find out what it was as I am a landscaping and find a few bits at work when digging. The front of the coin is faded but definitely a head of some sort facing to the right and on the back i can't see any writing apart from a single letter in the centre which is a "D" any ideas Thanks
