Apollo 11 Token

Recommended Posts

I've had this coin for as long as I can remember, and I don't know a thing about it. I have, however, determined that it is made out of pewter, and it has numerous dings and dents in it. The diameter is 22 milimeters.

Does anyone know anything about it?

Hey, F-D; We have the complete 13 piece set of these Comm. medals, in bronze. They were a gift to my son from his Grandfather, who participated in many NASA missions. They were made by a company named Balfour, probably better known for their class rings. The sets were produced in sterling (pricey), bronze, and pewter. Hope this helps. And welcome!
