Ian Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 Another Bactrian silver tetradrachm of Eucratides but a slightly different fatter bust. Surfaces are rough through having been in the ground but still good detail remaining. The coin is lighter than I would have liked at 14.2 grams. I had thought that it might have been a fake at first, but it was bought from CNG who assured me of its authenticity. As such `collectable'. 33mm but thinner than the first example.
