However, in going through Dad's stuff, he had several proof and mint sets that had been disassembled and the coins reassembled into other sets. The 1968 & 1969 coins show PR on the flip the 1970 only shows the S. The finishes look pretty much the same on all three coins, so I am assuming they proof.
