Mintage: 2 000 pcs Placed in circulation on June 8, 2004. Designer: Obverse - S.P.Zaskevich (Belarus). Reverse – E.N Vishnyakova (Belarus). Minted by: State Enterprise "Lithuanian Mint", Vilnius, Lithuania Coins are round. The rim is raised on both sides of the coin. The edge of the coin is corrugated. The obverse: at the top – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center - the relief of the order of the Patriotic war (enamel of red and white color on silver coin); beneath: year of issue, silver coin - fine silver alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim - at the top: " РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ " (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom: " ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ " (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and " АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ " (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper-nickel coin. The reverse: in the center – image of a warrior with a sub-machine-gun against a background of a tank battle; at the top - inscription “60 ГОД” (60 YEARS); along the rim - inscription "ВЫЗВАЛЕННЕ БЕЛАРУСІ АД НЯМЕЦКА-ФАШЫСЦКІХ ЗАХОПНІКАЎ" (LIBERATION OF BELARUS FROM GERMAN-FASCIST INVADERS).
