tabbs
By the way, Dun Karm was a priest and poet, and also wrote the lyrics for the national anthem of Malta. What I find a little peculiar is the timing: The vote ends on Sunday, and the "Dun Karm" theme is not among the twelve that the government presented for this vote. (The three winners are to appear on the coins.) How much of a chance will such a late suggestion actually have? Christian
tabbs
"The deadline is midnight tonight and over 10,000 votes have been registered so far. The top five choices were the Baptism of Christ, Malta's coat of arms, Fort St Angelo, Mnajdra Temples and the map of Malta." http://217.145.4.56/ind/news.asp?newsitemid=27483 Christian
