On the one hand it seems hard to put together a pair, but on the other hand you had the BEP selling them on 3 denominations (all started with 888 due to some lucky number promotion). Is there a website that shows pricing for these? I've attached as image as an example as well as the 3-note example sold by the BEP/Feds.
