Looking at the obverse of this 1999 d Roosevelt dime I see environmental damage on his eye but also I see a die-chip at the corner of his eye. And what is the perfectly round circle on top of the b in Liberty left side? There's also some dye filled issues in, in God we trust. The date and mint mark look a little strange but I don't see nothing there maybe the d? I see no issues on the reverse.
