Conder101
< HOLY SMOKES, so many varieties?!?!?!?! > If you include the other Conders I have that were made of collectors, political pieces, contemporary counterfeits etc that I have also picked up here and there along the way I actually have almost 700 varieties of Conder tokens. If you think that's a lot, I have over 1200 varieties of German municipal Notgeld coinage.

banivechi
I have 26 Sadagura coins. Tomorrow I hope to add 7 more. My wish is to go until 100 and then to make a study of dies, weights, diameteres etc. Already I have some unlisted varieties and I want to see how often they will appear/100 pieces. elverno
Hmmm.... 1. Every medal in the 1818 Laskey catalog of Napoleon medals. I currently have about 85 of 141. Two of them are so rare I know the owners! 2. Every medal in the Bramsen catalogs from 1904-1913. There are 3200 or so and I currently only have 800+. 3. Upgrade every filler in #1 and #2. There's quite a few. sigh... 4. A type coin from every country, duchy, principality, Imperial city, etc. that issued coins in Europe from 1789-1815. 5. All the coins from every country (see #4) 5a. Every year. 5b. Every mint. 6. Stay alive long enough to complete any one of the above!
Guest Stujoe
At the coin show this week, I will be looking especially to finish up my Franklins, get a type set coin or two and finish a few easier holes in my 1900 to present set. But, it will depend upon what I see whether that changes. I have back up plans as my Coin Values magazine has everything I need circled..

Sir Sisu
I have have finally abandoned my collect anything and everything method. In addition to collecting all Finnish coins, I have slowly begun working on a very brooooooad and LARGE undertaking. I am going after a general world 20th century type set of the last silver coins issued by each nation, preferable either crown size or primary unit of denomination. (Minor varieties I will ignore.) AU/Unc will be the goal with XF as the lowest (hopefully) that I will have to settle for. In general I am looking more for circulation coins and not commems unless that is the only option. No proofs. If such a coin does not exist (Paraguay for example), I will skip the country and perhaps returns someday when I start on the 19th century. Some countries there is a clear coin that I need to get. Portugal for example that will be the 1 escudo of either 1915 or 1916. Other countries will pose more of a problem to decide which coin to go after. Norway is an example. There is no crown sized silver coin, and the primary unit of denomination -1 krone- is quite small. So I will most likely go for the 2 kroner of 1908-1917. Some of the coins are pricey so this will require something that I do not have much of: discipline with my coin purchases.

geordie582
Due to a contretemps with Ebay, my buying has ceased. I mainly look for incorrectly atributed coins for sale on the site, along with bulk coins to give me something of a puzzle to solve!
qualified_coinnut
I'm working on getting more German coins, especially the older State coins, and early 1900's silver issues. I'm also working on getting more Military medals and related items, especially the German ww2/ww1 things, as well as Military medals from all countries. Starting up a Russian Military collection too. If I find anything, I have lots of coins to trade, or cash or Paypal.
syzygy
More progress. I am particularly happy with the 1917! US Quarter Dollar Type Set Draped Bust, small eagle (1796) (definite lottery coin) Draped Bust, heraldic eagle (1804-1807) Capped Bust, large (1815-1828) * Capped Bust, reduced (1831-1838) * Liberty Seated, no motto, no arrows (1838-1853, 1856-1865) * Liberty Seated, arrows and rays (1853) * Liberty Seated, arrows (1854-1855) * Liberty Seated, motto, no arrows (1866-1873, 1875-1891) * Liberty Seated, motto, arrows (1873-1874) * Liberty Head (Barber) (1892-1916) * Standing Liberty, no stars (1916-1917) * Standing Liberty, stars (1917-1930) * Washington, silver (1932-1964) * Washington, clad (1965-1974, 1977-1998) * Washington, bicentennial (1976) * Washington, State reverse (1999-2008) * * = have That leaves only the heraldic eagle left (small eagle is not in the picture at this time), and that is going to be my target for the Dec Baltimore show - woohoo.
