Let me see if I can get your images into the thread here:

Based on my limited toning knowledge... I say AT because of the spots where there is not toning in the middle of the toning.

My understanding is that NT would be even throughout the toning with no spots left out.

Nothing about that walker strikes me as AT, mainly because of all the white that remains. If someone really wanted to AT a coin, they would most likely make it as toned as possible without most of the coin remaining white. Also, I am not sure how easy it is to AT edge toning, as most chemical processes would spread. As for the white spots in the toning, it doesn't bother me, as it looks like there is a fingerprint there too. It is certainly possible for coins to tone with spots if there was a layer of grease from a finger covering the surface. To me, this one looks like it's just been in an album for a while and toned where the edges were in contact with the cardboard. Just my opinion though, and worth every penny you paid for it! :ninja:

I think it is NT. Looks like some of the white spots breaking up the toning are from fingerprints. I do not find it particularly attractive toning and would not pay any premium for it.

And my opinion is worth a bit less than what you paid jtryka for his. :ninja:

NT, This coin came from a mint set (cardboard) and now will spend the rest of its life in a plastic holder. ( unless times really get hard) :ninja: Even with the fingerprints on the reverse the coin still graded MS-65.
