I'm getting a USB microscope tomorrow and get to the bottom of it but you thing is just to smooth for it to be dirty as other forums have suggested is although I don't know how long it takes for rust to build on the surface of a coin but keep in mind this is only a year old and although there does appear to be a little bit of rust the but really up close that look just like black metal but it's not IP but I had heard that if it's missing the clad or part of the Clad whatever it may come out that way, also a link to a video showing how the coins cones are made during the minting process like a good one the right to the point would be appreciated that way I don't have to say silly things like this dime is missing its top coat or is enamel... Upload
