Recently I was searching some change in my car and came across a possible spitting eagle. Is it a scratch or an error? thedeadpoint Posted January 17, 2018 Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 I've never heard of this "error" but I see it is well-known! It doesn't look like a full-fledged "spitting eagle". If it were, the crack would be as clear as day. While I do see a little "drip" coming out of the beak, at best it is just the beginning of the famous crack.
