Sir Sisu
I just received mine a few days ago. While I do have a 250,000 Turkish lira, it only reads 250 bin lira on the coin. However, a friend recently returned from a vacation in Turkey and brought me this: lots of zeros. Quite big for a circulating coin.
28Plain
20 franc is the biggest coin denomination I own. The later 50 franc silvers were just too big for my coin purse. ;-)
cowhodan
Definitely Turkey wins here, just take a look to this, 50'000,000 lira: Im not sure if the coin of Yunus Emre was for circulation, that one has a fv of 1,000,000 lira. gxseries
Instead of a 100,000 Turkish lira, why not dream of a 100,000 Euro gold coin? Of course this isn't mine... http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3721584.stm <- lol Well, I do have the same Turklish lira that Sir Sisu has

Ætheling
Not even a five quid? I don't collect British coinage so modern, 1799 is my British cut off date. So i'd be looking at a 5 guineas, although those are too rich for my blood. At about £1000-£5000 a piece. Nice coins though, especially the Charles II and George II specimens.
