It is difficult to imagine how that crust of verdigris could have grown on silver and on both sides if not on purpose. It could be removed easily (with lemon juice or vinegar). Any seller would do so before offering, as a clean coin would fetch $1000 more. In my opinion this is a FAKE poorly made up to look old.
