I have to sit out most of this thread, until much later on. Mine start getting a lot more common in the early 20th century on back to the early 18th century. Her Majesty, my 9 year old daughter, owns something far far older than I do though.

Nice note,Art. Anything in particular that makes it special? Maybe you like Beef Wellington? :)

 

I do like Beef Wellington but I like the note more because I got it on a very nice vacation trip to London.

1987 -- 50 Intis. For those who have been around CoinPeople for some time, this is one of the famous 50 Intis that I got from Mr. McDoo

As you can this note did service as my "CoinPeople Short Snorter" for 2004. A tradition that would be well worth resurrecting.

Ah the Intis - I remember for several years there those were our Christmas goodies from Art :)

I recall sending the 50 Intis one year and then the 100 Intis the next. Cannot remember the years at the moment but around 2004-2005 or so. I'm glad you remembered. Helps me to feel that it was worthwhile.
