One sided Coin Britain A.D written on it. Any Ideas

Sorry for the photo quality I cant hold my mobile phone still enough, it says Britain A.D MDCCCLX??????. If anyone could help me identify it it would much appreciated


Its about 2cm in diameter and blank on the other side.
