In general 'circulated' condition your best bet would be something like eBay but approaching a dealer could prove fruitful, too.

Hi - thank you. Any Idea of a starting price or do you have any good tips for listing them on ebay?

 

Large, clear photographs are a must. Otherwise ensure that you accurately describe it and list in the correct category. I always start items at 99p for a ten day listing and find it works.

Do you believe a dealer would not charge of his/her profit the coin? :)

maybe it would be better to approach some auctioneer .. or to try with the good, old but efficient ebay :)

On a bullion-sensitive item like an circulated common date sovereign, a fair dealer will often work on a narrow margin, which can be about the same or less than the ebay selling fees. (and less the hassle!)
