I guess the sticker would have been there since 1980s - 227 rubles. Would be nice if you can buy it at that price right now! Anyone remembered if that was the price back then or it was released to the public a lot later during the early 1990s where coin collecting was encouraged? Pretty sure that is worth a lot of money back then... I remember vaguely of the discussion in here of people's income during those days as well as the exchange rates.
