Dan769
Latest addition to the type set, an 1861 Seated Liberty Quarter without motto VF, coin isn't nearly as dark as the crappy scan suggests
LostDutchman
Nice coin! Seated stuff has always been one of my favorites
ccg
Nice. I find that dark silver can be appealing.
Burks
I actually like the coin the way it is in the scan. A pretty shade of blue/grey. How many more do you need to complete the set (minus the gold I'm assuming)?

mmarotta
Seated coins are popular. Who was the model? (Asked also on Coin Talk and, yes, I know the answer.)
Guest Stujoe
Possibly: I will let someone else name her. (And yes I know the name. )
jmpearso
Anna Williams I think is her name??? Nice coin by the way. Oh and I thought that she was alive when they started puttin her on coinage? I was under the impression that only dead people are allowed on or was that for paper only or was she dead when they used it? Just curious. Guest Stujoe
I think Ms. Williams was Ms. Bust Coinage. I also think it is ok to use live models...you just cannot feature a living person. For example, you can use me as a model for, say, a coin repesenting Hercules but you cannot just put me on a coin as Stujoe.
