Looks neat in my opinion -- https://ssl.herchermuenzen.de/shopimages/gross/IT00516.jpg -- but is quite expensive. The price range I have seen so far is 40 to 45 euro. Pretty much the same as what the Monnaie de Paris, the US Mint and some other mints do when it comes to silver (or gold) collector coins. The price, even you buy directly from the mint, is considerably higher than the face value. I don't like that either, and I do not buy modern Italian coins very often ...
