Details are just too crude - someone with skills would have seen pictures of it off a book and engraved it and strike it on a piece of copper. There would have been more feather details but it's clearly not there - it's bulging around the wings, which simply means it wasn't engraved properly.

 

Just to top it off, an original coin of this would be in excessive of 50,000 dollars - it's just that rare.
