Corwin
Hello forum. Does anyone know estimate of a value of this coin? I can not find it sold on any of the bigger auctions, or other places. ~ Corwin

Corwin
what you show here is not a coin. it is a souvenir - fake. What do you base that on? This is a coin that is out now on a auction for sale with a high start price. But it is difficult to find any kind of information about this coin. I look at bitkin #700 and #701 but i am not an expert on this, and that is the reason i am asking here. I am very interested to hear your opinion why it is not any of these coins in bitkin. I am just here to learn, so all help and information are welcomed
PeterShell
You received information from "kopeikin". So why you ask again? IT IS A FAKE !!! It is suppose to look as a very rare pattern 10 kopeken - but it is not lol.. I think you will find this piece in Uzdennikov .. About fact that it is on some auction... God loves stupid people - so many of them created by himself !
Steve D'Ippolito
The lettering on the reverse is ridiculously crude I literally said out loud, "What the f*** is this?" when I saw the picture.

That is not to ask again, but to ask for more information. But anyway, thanks for your answer. Btw, This item did not sell on the auction it was listed. ~Corwin
gxseries
The thing is, this is really crude and if you REALLY need explaination of why this is a counterfeit, please buy some low grade 5 kopek coins of this era before making any further comments. You can have one within 20-40 dollars. Even a second hand Uzdenikov catalog is within that price range. Highly recommanded. The original trial coin is supposedly a 1809 10 kopek overstruck over an earlier 5 kopek coin. Even looking at the original host coin, the details are just too crude. If this still doesn't convince you, please feel free to waste your money on it. Counterfeiters are out there to earn your money, but it will not be mine.
