KoRnholio
This is a medal that I believe was given out to all school age children in 1939. It was to commemorate the first ever tour of Canada by the currently reigning monarch. It is a fairly common medal, but they are virtually always AU/brown. This one is almost 100% red! Weighs 11.2g and is 33mm in diameter. Not too sure on the value, so shoot me a PM with an offer if interested. Shipping from Canada. Thanks. PS- sorry about the image rotation on the reverse. This photo site insists on changing the orientation even though it is correct in the original image. Edit: some better pics, but now both are getting rotated http://imageshack.us...tburedobv2.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/822/1939royalvisitburedrev2.jpg/ Link to manually rotate the reverse image: http://imageshack.us...itburedrev.jpg/
KoRnholio
Listed this on Ebay for $9.99. I think it will sell. I still haven't been able to find a truly unc/red example to set a price on it. The common circulated/brown ones tend to go for $2-5 for the most part.
