thedeadpoint
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace_dollar My first and favorite series - the one that turned me in to a collector. I'm very pleased to see the Peace Dollar as the Wikipedia Article of the Day. That's a very big honor to the coin and the authors. I've got more I want to add to this post, but I need to go now. Enjoy!

Enjoy! Thanks ... fascinating article! I learned something new today: about the 1964-D silver dollars. Had no idea that they even existed, albeit for a very short time. I have the Breen Encyclopedia as well as the VAM book and the Q. David Bowers book ... was this issue mentioned at all in those books anywhere? I can't claim to have read these from cover to cover, using them sporadically mostly as reference works.
