Do you know what coin is it?

Looks like a token or fantasy piece maybe styled after a polish coin?

I was thinking Austrian m'self. The Polish heraldic eagle is usually a little more stylized, especially in the 20th century. But, I've been wrong before. :)

I am thinking Austro-Hungarian, likely a counter piece. That hairstyle was popular in that empire during that time, early 20th century.

First of all thank you very much to all of you.

This strange (¿fake?) silver coin was hooked in a necklace of my mother.

She got it 55 years ago (here at Spain) as a present.

Was told to her at that time, that the coin was "5 rubles" and the young woman was a princess ... :confus:

But after googling a bit I realice that it isn't true.

So, if not a true coin, then ¿what would it be?

Not any one word nor date in the surface, but a number "5" in a shield.

That "5" annoinined me a lot <-- what was the purpouse then?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well forgive me for my divagations.

Anyway thanks a lot for your time.

Ivancillo.
