laura-watson Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 I have found this coin that on the front has the words 'ARMIS EXPOSCERE PACEM' around the top of a picture of a Shield of the United Kingdom front of arms and under a Palm tree. Below this is the word 'CHINA'. On the reverse is simply the word 'CHINA' and the date '1842'. The diameter of the coin is about 19mm. I suspect what you have is a modern minature 18.55mm cast copy like this one http://www.medal-medaille.com/product_info.php?cPath=247&products_id=5519 Sorry, I hope I am wrong but......
