just carl Posted September 29, 2011 Report Share Posted September 29, 2011 As to value, unfortuately no. At least no extra value since that is really common for a 43 Cent. I've got well over 2,000 of them and many, many have that problem with the missing 4 or weak 4. Being Steel I'm sure the dies used got messed up alot back then.
