Englishpicker
Hello everyone. I'm a picker from england and I was wondering if anyone on here knows what some of these american coins I picked up this weekend are worth? Any help would be great. Art
From photos I'd say they are worth face value at the most.
thedeadpoint
Is there a key date in there? I really don't know. I don't know how much anything of this sort/grade goes for in a dealer's bin.
bill
From photos I'd say they are worth face value at the most. I agree, nothing much of real interest. The Buffalo nickels are probably the closest to being collectible.
just carl
As already noted only the Buffalo, Indian Head Nickels are of any value. Steel Cents in that condition normally sell for about $0.25 maximum. Jefferson Nickels are probably the least collected coin in the US. Coins with holes in them are nomally considered JUNK. All in all, mostly of little value.

Go to any area in the UK with a US base nearby and you can pick up bucket loads of the stuff at carboot fairs.
