VictoriaC
Hiya Don't know if this forum is right for this question if it is not please can someone point me in the right direction. Have recently been clearing out our attic and I have discovered a complete set of Victorian Bun pennies plus over 800 spares. Some are of good quality and some are very worn, although in all cases the date is clear. Are there eperts on these sorts of coins? how do I rate these coins for condition etc etc. Ultimately I would probably like to sell them again what is the best course of action? Many thanks Victoria
ScottO
a full set? might be some value in that if the good coins are 1869 and 1871, also a good mix of types and stuff, it is very hard to go into full details. best bet is to research the dates you have. there are a fair few types of 1860 and 1861 some rarer then others.
