bickerstonehall
Modern Maundy Money. Simple question. Is modern maunday money legal tender? One of my 10 year old students asked me and I do not know the answer!

ccg
Additionally, during the decimal changeover, all old Maundy and Maundy-type coins were deemed to be redenominated as new pence, so all Georgian-Victorian, Edwardian, and early George V threepence, for example, also retain legal tender status.
