The fabric of this coin definitely indicates that it is milled, not a hammered product.

I am a great fan of searching through the higher priced dealer's junk boxes, (AUD $4 - $20 price range), and have obtained quite a few lower denomination and lesser condition European bronze and billon milled coins from such sources. Lotsa fun in the thrill of the hunt!

Have been doing this for nearly 40 years.

 

German milled minor billon coins are particularly interesting for their volume and variation, being as they were, issued by the many small German states.
