Trial from an almost finished die, just lacking detail in the hair.LOUIS XVIII LE DESIRE ROI DE FRANCE ET DE NAVARRE Bust right signed under bust ANDRIEU F.I can only find one medal using this obverse:A/LOUIS XVIII LE DESIRE ROI DE FRANCE ET DE NAVARRE Buste à droite de LOUIS XVIII signé ANDRIEU F.R/COMMERCE DE LA BOUCHERIE DE PARIS ; à l'exergue : SOUS L'ADMINISTRATION DU MINISTRE D'ETAT COMTE ANGLES PREFET DE POLICE MDCCCXVI Taureau allant à gauche signé ANDRIEU F. 33mm 1816. http://www.numismatique.org/images/monnaies/jetons/j12/j12_0350.jpgThe use of "LE DESIRE" seems to be very rare for a medal of Louis XVIII too.
