bobh
LINK Very easy to spot because it has the reverse design only used in 1912 and afterwards. And the obverse is also wrong (pointed bust which appeared only after 1909.)
grivna1726
And the obverse is also wrong (pointed bust which appeared only after 1909.) The seller says "I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN OLDER COINS SO I CAN NOT ATTEST TO ITS AUTHENTICITY, I TESTED IT AND IT IS 100 % SILVER. IT DOES LOOK OLD AND WORN. BUT PLEASE JUDGE FOR YOURSELF FROM THE PICTURES." If, as the seller claims, the coin is pure silver, then it cannot possibly be genuine.
bobh
Another fake from this seller ... this time it's 1906 on the coin but still 1904 in the title: Fake 1906 poltina But the description is pretty funny!
