This coin has AU or better detail, but has been shined up, which has left hairlining on it. The scratch visible on the neck is there, but it's not nearly as bad as it looks in the photo - it caught the light right. Carry it in your pocket for a time and make a nice XF or better coin - $110.00 delivered 1964 uncirculated mint set in a capital holder.
