Can coins be exported from Poland?

As far as I know, there are no restrictions for exporting coins from Poland, especially foreign coins. I believe Russia may be the only country to have such restrictions on historic and valuable items, but even with these restrictions, there are apparently ways of circumventing regulations.

 

Add Ukraine to the list. Stupid laws of totally corrupt countries...

I am sure Ukraine have these laws, but I buy coins there, and from there and never a problem to take out of the country. The customs more busy with taxable merchandise come into country.
