Capnbidwell
Anybody know if these have the same value as the 1946 design in 6? Is it worth getting graded or is it common?
More
According to my 2010 Coins of Canada, in the 1940's the last number was punched seperately into each die, so while there will be varieties, this book doens't list them all. My Carlton Standard Catalog has 3 types listed. 1946 Wide date, 1946, narrow date ,& 1946 'hoof through 6' . In this months Trends, only 2 examples of this year are listed... the 1946 in 'fine' condition is listed as $7.00 The 1946 Design in fine conmdition is listed at $45.00 Hopefully this is helpful. -More
