Brian2 Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 Hi Mick ! Welcome to the forum ! I come from Nottingham, but am living in Seattle USA. (Moved here 7 yrs ago). I used to detect in Nottingham and the best find I ever had was two saxon pennies of King Burgred. There's not much history here in the states, but what I find is no less interesting. Hope you wil post some of your finds as time goes on. There are great people on here, and most with a lot of good knowledge of coins of most eras and countries. Enjoy and welcome again.
