Brace6
Any one know what I have here? I just inherited a coin collection. I can figure out most of them. They are mostly from the 1700s to present. Thank you for any help.Ancient Coin
Saor Alba
I will not qualify the authenticity of the piece, it doesn't look right to me. But a note on the lettering, in the eastern part of the Roman Empire, notably Thrace, they used a different alphabet that is actually a lot closer to the Greek alphabet instead of the Roman one. This piece purports from that part of the Empire, and without whole specifics I would opin that it is Thracian(now Bulgaria, E. Greece etc.)

If it is a copy it is still 100 years old It was my great grandfather's.
Drusus
Indeed a crude fake even if it is 100 years old.
