EBAY 10 ROUBLE 1756

I asked the seller what was the issue with the weight, but never received a reply. The listing had the coin weight listed, but the weight was wrong.

As always the coin was bid up to $3,375, but why would anyone bid on a coin like this.....views.

I believe there are replicas in 12 karat gold, I'm not sure if that would be enough to account for that much weight difference! I think whoever bought this will get something gold plated, and quite worthless.

I have to wonder something about the buyer:

If he has thousands of dollars to buy such coin, wouldn't he at least have money to buy a decent catalog and know that there's no way he can buy such rarities for that insane cheap? :ninja:

that's right - that is a rule - buy a book before a coin, however what can you do with greediness and getting big profit ;)
